General Provisions

bi999 is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonuses, and promotions on the bi999 platform.

This document forms a binding legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and bi999 ("we", "our", or "platform"). These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

bi999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use bi999's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must open an account in your own identity — operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• You must access the platform from Bangladesh and comply with local laws.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.

bi999 reserves the right to verify any user's age at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited and we follow a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on bi999, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold one account only. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

At any stage of account use, bi999 may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bi999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). bi999 reserves the right to update the list of payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, accounts under verification or with unusual activity may take additional time.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on bi999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bi999 offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳3,000.
• A deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000; total balance will be ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount). For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳40,000 in wagers to be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to fraudulently exploit bonuses — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, hedging, or any other form of manipulation — bi999 reserves the right to void that bonus and close the account.

5.4 Promotional Offers

All promotions and bonuses have their own expiry dates and terms. The specific terms for each offer will be stated in the offer description. bi999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it and provides a confirmation number. Bets that were not completed due to network issues or technical errors are not valid.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or goes outside the defined rules, bets placed on that event may be cancelled and stakes may be refunded.

6.3 Live Betting

For live betting activity, it may not be possible to change or cancel a bet once it has been placed. Users are advised to review all details before confirming a bet.

6.4 Technical Errors

In any situation arising from technical issues, server failures, or software errors, bi999 reserves the right to determine bet outcomes based on the last accurate data available.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bi999 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegally obtained funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the system.
• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Accessing the platform using another person's identity.
• Conducting cyber attacks, data theft, or any other criminal activity against bi999.

If evidence of involvement in any such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be resolved before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by bi999

bi999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Extended inactivity on the account.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Regulatory or legal reasons.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains completely inactive for 12 consecutive months or more, bi999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close the account.

Responsible Gaming

bi999 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a solution to financial problems.

• Options to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits are available on the platform.
• Activating the self-exclusion option will restrict account access for a specified period.

• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure).
• Faults with the user's device or software.

bi999's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount of the balance currently held in the user's account.

Changes to Terms

bi999 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. In the event of any significant change:

• The updated terms will be published on this page and the date will be updated.
• You may be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
• If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.

If you do not agree with the new terms, you may close your account at any time.
